Terms
1. All reptiles sold through our website are guaranteed to be properly sexed unless otherwise
stated. If you are ordering geckos that are too small to be sexed, incubation temps, and any
other information will be provided with the animal at the time of shipment.
2. Payments can be made via PayPal. I also accept credit and debit cards through PayPal. You do
not need a PayPal account to pay me with your credit or debit card. If you need any further
information on this please feel free to contact me. The only other form of payment I accept at
this time is US Postal Money Orders.
3. Payment plans will be available upon request. A non-refundable deposit equal to
twenty-percent of the total value of the animal is due up front. After that we will work out a
flexible plan that you can stick too. Once the animal is paid in full I will ship it out on a date
when someone will be available to receive the animal. If for some reason you cannot make a
payment please contact me ASAP so we can work together on delaying a payment if needed. If I
do not hear from you or receive a payment on the agreed payment schedule I will contact you
within seven days of the first missed payment via email and phone. After the first contact I will
give you another five days to reply back. If after the full five days of me trying to contact you
and I have not received some sort of response you void all previous payments, and the animal is
put back up for sale. I do not want anybody to lose their money so please again for ANY reason
contact me if you cannot make a payment I am very lenient.
4. Shipments will be made via FED-EX or UPS overnight. At the time I only ship to Lower 48
states. Shipments will be sent out Monday through Wednesday. I will not ship in temps below
40 degrees or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. If inclement weather is present we will schedule
another ship out date. If you can not wait and choose to have your animal shipped during
weather that is outside of my set parameters you void my live arrival guarantee.
5.All animals are guaranteed live arrival as long as someone is available to receive the animal at
the time of delivery. If for some reason you will not be available to receive the animal please
contact me so we can reschedule. If an animal arrives dead I will need picture proof. I may also
ask that you freeze the animal to be shipped back to me at my expense. If death on delivery is
verified I will ship out another animal to you equal value or issue credit equal to the value of
the animal minus shipping costs. Claims of this type need to be called or emailed within 5 hours
of delivery time posted by the shipping company.
6. Discounts will be given to multiple animal orders. Please contact me for further inquiry on
discount offers.
7. Trades may also be considered. I am always on the look out for select Colubrids, ball pythons,
and monitors. Please contact me if you have a trade in mind for a certain animal.
